If they really disrespect ill give them a verbal warn follow by a warn if they continue then a kick and finally a ban  Please in very specific detail, describe what you would do and in which order if you encountered a staff abusing power / disrespecting players and or other staff: I will usually take a screenshot send to owner, might negotiate with them depends on their rank as well no point getting ban and cant report in the end. If their here to help its ok if their here for the title i will say ill really be angry because if they are really made staff or gm and they dont even do event or discuss with their members before doing its going to ruin this server cause we need to plan for an event and think how to make it more fun. If their here for the title i would say will you be proud being a staff when you dont do a staff work and all you do is abuse / idle or do nothing but try get commander spots just cause you got a staff role  Who are the Owners of the Server:  Matt is the owner
