Do you prefer working as a team or alone?: Alone but i don't mind working with others at all. What do you feel you can bring to the GM group that is different than others?: I think i can give a more variety of events.I would take more suggestions from other people. What are you best skills? Ex: good with people, fast learner | Give a few and tell us how this will help the server: I'm a Fast learner (so i might need like 2 examples then i can do what ever), I can be Really serious and then joke around (i like to be funny but i can be serious when ever), If i need to do something with a few people but that's usually meant for a lot of people i can make it work.  Why should we trust you to be a GM ? What makes you better than the others and what is unique about you? This has to be at-least one paragraph long! You can trust me because i like to keep doing things so i might do sims for fun and for training to keep me busy.I can make i big variety of events. I could make the events for everyone (like if EOD was needed there i could add a spot for commandos to do something).I have been staff on many servers (most of the servers either went down or the staff went awol).I would take suggestion from people to see what they would like.I could make people invite there friends and make it a constant cycle.I would be on 24/7 so if some people are starting to leave since nothing is going on i could make a sim or if we have enough a mini event.I wont do to many event or like 1 a day i would make a reasonable number (for example i would have one in the morning one in afternoon and one near like 10) Describe in order, the steps you would take to set up the main event alone (The first one is there because i personally like to do it but sometime i might not do it)1. Ask where people would like to go to. 2. I would tell someone there would be an event soon and I will plan it out and tell the person when i am ready. 3. We will call debrief and then inform them what we are doing and we will change the map (rp wise we get in a LAAT and leave) Describe in order, the steps you would take when facing someone who is disrespecting someone: 1. I would not break RP and just simply walk up to them tell them to stop. 2. If they keep doing it i would tell them if they don't stop I would warn them. 3. If they don't stop still i would warn them for Disrespect. 4. If they keep doing for what ever reason I would kick them for Disrespect again. 5. If they keep disrespecting after all of that i would ban them for a reasonable amount of time for what they were doing to disrespect the player. (if there are no admins on because GM just make events and sims) Please in very specific detail, describe what you would do and in which order if you encountered a staff abusing power / disrespecting players and or other staff:I would probably tell some other staff that's higher power and if one of them isn't on and some one is friend with someone on steam tell them to tell them whats going on but if no one is i unfortunately have to wait for someone with higher authority because GMs just make events and don't have any authority when other staff are on that are admins or mods. Describe what would be the ideal qualities of a GM : To be able to plan good events but also don't rush it and make trash ones. to be able to wait to make more events so they don't make them 24/7. to be active because we need events. How do you feel about people who only join servers to apply for staff or GM?
